SIPA

On 28 April 2014, acting upon orders by the Prosecutor’s Office BH, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested G.B. in Rogatica.

G.B. was arrested due to grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offence set out in Article 173 of the Criminal Code BH “War Crimes against Civilians” in Bijeljina Municipality in 1992.

Upon criminal processing at the official premises of SIPA, the arrested individual was handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office for further procedure.
