SIPA

Today, 20/12/2013 – Acting by the orders of the Prosecutor's Office, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) apprehended one individual with initials MB in Ljubuški.

MB was deprived of liberty due to grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under the Article 173 paragraph (1), items a), b), c) and e) of the CC B&H „War Crime against Civilians“ and criminal offence under the Article 175, paragraph (1) items a) and b) of the CC B&H „War Crime against Prisoners of War “.

After criminal processing in the SIPA premises, the arrested individual was handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office of B&H for further proceedings.
