SIPA

This morning (6/4/2015) – Acting upon orders of the Prosecutor’s Office B&H, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested one individual for war crime in the area of Velika Kladuša.

The individual identified by initials VB (1970) was deprived of liberty due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 173 paragraph (1) of the CC BH “War Crime against Civilians” and criminal offence under Article 175 Paragraph (1) “War Crime against War Prisoners” in conjunction with Article 180 Paragraph 1 and 2 of the CC B&H in the area of Bužim Municipality.

Following criminal processing in SIPA premises, the arrested individual will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office B&H for further proceedings.
