Today, 03/06/2014 – Acting by the orders of the Prosecutor’s Office B&H, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested an individual in the area of Brčko District.

The individual with initials NM was deprived of liberty due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 173 of the CC B&H “War Crime against Civilians” and criminal offence under Article 175 of the CC B&H “War Crimes against War Prisoners” against non-Serb population in Zavidovici Municipality during 1992.

The arrested individual will be brought in the premises of the State Investigation and Protection Agency for criminal processing after which he will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office of B&H for further proceedings.
