Today (16/10/2014) – Acting upon orders of the Prosecutor’s Office BH, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested an individual with initials MT (1970) in the area of Sarajevo.

MT was deprived of liberty for grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 173 of the CC BH “War Crimes against Civilians” and criminal offence under Article 175 of the CC BH “War Crime against War Prisoners” against Croatian victims in the area of Jablanica Municipality in 1993.

Following criminal processing in SIPA premises, MT will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office BH for further proceedings.
