SIPA

This morning (27/11/2014) – Acting upon orders of the Court B&H and Prosecutor’s Office B&H, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested an individual with initials MG (1966) in Rogatica and searched one residential building.

The individual with initials MG was deprived of liberty due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 173 of the CC B&H „War Crime against Civilians” in the area of Sarajevo during 1992 and in conjunction with Article 180 of the CC B&H “Individual and Command Responsibility”.

Following criminal processing in the premises of SIPA, the arrested individual will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office B&H for further proceedings.
