SIPA Arrested Individual with Initials MK for Organised Crime, Customs and Tax Evasion

Members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency acting by the orders of the B&H Prosecutor’s Office apprehended an individual with initials MK (1968) in Banja Luka region for grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under the Article 250 of the CC B&H 'Organised Crime' and in conjunction with the criminal offence under the Article 209 of the CC B&H 'Money Laundering', criminal offence under the Article 210 of the CC B&H 'Tax Evasion' and criminal offence under the Article 216 of the CC B&H 'Customs Fraud'.

The detained individual is brought to the premises of the State Investigation and Protection Agency and within the legal deadline he will be handed over to the B&H Prosecutor's Office for further action.
