SIPA Arrested H.I. for War Crime

In early morning hours on 27 August 2014, acting upon orders by the Prosecutor’s Office BH, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested H.I. (DOB 1965) in Bužim.

H.I. was arrested due to grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offence set out in Article 175 of the Criminal Code BH “War Crimes against Prisoners of War” against Bosniak victims in Velika Kladuša in 1994.

Upon criminal processing at the official premises of SIPA, H.I. will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office for further procedure.
