SIPA

This morning (09/12/2014) – Acting upon orders of the Prosecutor’s Office B&H, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested the individual with initials HDž for crimes in the area of Goražde.

The individual with initials HDž was deprived of liberty due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 173 paragraph (1) of the CC B&H “War Crime against Civilians” in the area of Goražde during 1992, in conjunction with Article 180 of the CC B&H “Individual and Command Responsibility”.

The arrested individual was handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office for further proceedings after criminal processing in SIPA premises.
