SIPA Arrested Four Individuals in Bosanska Krupa for War Crime

This morning (04/12/2004) – Acting upon orders of the Prosecutor’s Office B&H, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested four individuals in the area of Bosanska Krupa for war crimes.

The individuals with initials JŠ (1958 ), SŠ (1970), ZK (1976) and FHT (1958) were deprived of liberty due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 173 Paragraph (1) of the CC B&H „War Crimes against Civilians” in the area of Bosanska Krupa during 1995, and in conjunction with Article 180 of the CC B&H “Individual and Command Responsibility”.

The arrested individuals will be brought to SIPA premises for criminal processing after which, they will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office for further proceedings.
