As a follow-up of the activities under the case in which three individuals had been previously arrested for war crimes in Odžak Municipality, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) acting by the orders of the Prosecutor’s Office of B&H arrested the individual with initials MB in Odžak yesterday, 21/4/2014.

MB was deprived of liberty due to grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 173, paragraph (1) of the CC B&H “War Crimes against Civilians” against Serb victims in Odžak area during 1992.

Following criminal processing in the SIPA premises, the arrested individual was handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office of B&H for further proceedings.
