SIPA Arrested Five Individuals for War Crime

Last night (3/3/2015) – Acting upon orders of the Prosecutor’s Office B&H, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested five individuals in the area of Rogatica for war crime.

The individuals identified by initials MI (1959), DL (1956) and ZI (1968) are deprived of liberty for grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 173 paragraph (1) of the CC BH „War Crime against Civilians” and individuals identified by initials BP (1962) and VZ (1965) are deprived of liberty due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 172 paragraph (1) „War Crime against Humanity” in the area of Rogatica during 1992.

Today (4/3/2015), after criminal processing at SIPA premises, the arrested individuals will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office B&H for further proceedings.
