SIPA Arrested DZ in Prijedor Area for War Crime

Yesterday (20/11/2014) - As a follow-up of the activities in domain of war crimes in the area of Prijedor and acting upon orders of the Prosecutor’s Office B&H, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested an individual with initials DZ (1971) in the area of Prijedor.

The individual with initials DZ was arrested due to grounded suspicion og having committed the criminal offence under Article 172 of the CC B&H “War Crimes against Humanity” in the area of Prijedor.

This morning, following criminal processing in the SIPA premises, the arrested individual will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office B&H for further proceedings.
