Today, (18/11/2014) - Acting upon orders of the Prosecutor’s Office B&H, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested the individual with initials Dž.D. (1972) in the area of Bihać.

The individual with initials Dž.D. was arrested due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 173 of the CC B&H „War Crime against Civilians” in the area of Una – Sana Canton during 1993 and in conjunction with Article 180 of the CC B&H “Individual and Command Liability”.

Following criminal processing in the SIPA premises, the arrested individual will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office B&H for further proceedings.
