Last night (27/02/2015) – Police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested the individual identified by initials BP (1975) in the area of Sarajevo due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 238 of the CC FB&H “Unauthorised Production and Sale of Narcotic Drugs”. Buildings in three locations have been searched with the aim of detection and seizure of items that may serve as evidence in further proceedings.

These activities have been carried out upon orders of the Sarajevo Municipal Court and under supervision of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor’s Office.

The searches resulted in detection and seizure of 900 grams of powdery substance resembling speed, certain quantity of green-coloured pills which will be subject to further expert analyses, precise digital scale, certain amount of money and other items that may serve as evidence.

Today (28/02/2015), following criminal processing in SIPA premises, the arrested individual along with the report on criminal offence will be handed over to the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor’s Office for further proceedings.
