Yesterday (23/01/2015) – Police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested two individuals in “Druker” Operation for organised crime and corruptive criminal offences.

SIPA arrested the individual identified by initials MS, who is an employee of the Prosecutor’s Office B&H, in the area of Sarajevo while the individual with initials RI was arrested in the area of Grude.

Within this operation, SIPA conducted searches of buildings at six locations in the area of Grude aimed at detection and seizure of items that may serve as evidence in further proceedings.

These activities were carried out upon orders of the Court B&H and Prosecutor’s Office B&H.

The “Druker” Operation was preceded by complex months-long investigation that resulted in documenting illegal activities of the suspects.

The arrested individuals are brought to the premises of the State Investigation and Protection for criminal processing after which they will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office for further action together with a report on perpetrated criminal offence.

The activities in this case will be continued.
