SIPA Apprehended Two Individuals for War Crime

15/01/2014 – Acting by the orders of the Prosecutor’s Office of B&H police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) apprehended two individuals for war crime in the area of Bileća.
NK (1950) and ŽI (1962) were arrested due to grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 172 Paragraph (1) Item h) of the B&H CC „Crimes against Humanity“.

After criminal processing in SIPA premises, the apprehended individuals will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office for further proceedings.
