SIPA Apprehended Two Individuals for Crimes against Humanity

Today, 24/12/2013 – Acting by the orders of Prosecutor’s Office of B&H, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) apprehended an individual with initials DV in Bijeljina and an individual with initials MM in Doboj due to grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under the Article 172 paragraph 1 item a) of the CC B&H „Crimes against Humanity“.

After criminal processing in SIPA premises, the apprehended individuals will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office of B&H for further proceedings.
