Today 18/12/2013 - Acting by the orders of the Prosecutor’s Office of B&H, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) in two separate operations apprehended three individuals due to grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under the Article 173 paragraph (1) item c) of the CC B&H „War Crime against Civilians“.

Two individuals with initials MB and ZB were deprived of liberty in the operation carried out in Trnovo area while one individual with initials LM was deprived of liberty in another operation carried out in Srbac Municipality.

The apprehended individuals were brought to SIPA premises and following criminal processing were handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office of B&H for further proceedings.
