SIPA

Yesterday (12/27/2015), acting on the orders of the B&H Prosecutor's Office, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) apprehended individual identified by initials SK (1952) for war crime in the area of Doboj.

Individual identified by initials SK was apprehended due to grounds for suspicion of having committed criminal offence under Article 172 of the B&H CC „Crime Against Humanity” in the area of Doboj, during 1992 and 1993, in conjunction with Article 180 of the B&H CC.

The apprehended person was brought to SIPA premises for criminal investigation. Thereafter, the person was this morning (12/28/2015) handed over to the B&H Prosecutor’s Office for further proceedings.
