SIPA Apprehended SB for War Crime

This morning (10/9/2015), acting on the order of the B&H Prosecutor's Office, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) apprehended individual identified by initials SB (1956) for war crime in the area of Banja Luka municipality.

Individual identified by initials SB was apprehended due to grounds for suspicion of having committed criminal offence under Article 173 paragraph (1) of the B&H CC „War Crimes  against Civilians”, in the area of Glamoč municipality, during 1992, in conjunction with Article 29 and Article 180 of the B&H CC.

The apprehended person will be brought to SIPA premises for criminal investigation. Thereafter, the person will be handed over to the B&H Prosecutor’s Office for further proceedings.
