SIPA

Today (11/12/2015), acting on the order of the B&H Prosecutor's Office, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) apprehended, in the area of Rogatica, individual identified by initials RI (1965) for war crime.

Individual identified by initials RI was apprehended due to grounds for suspicion of having committed criminal offence under Article 172 of the B&H CC „Crime Against Humanity“, in the area of Rogatica, during 1992.

The apprehended person will be brought to SIPA premises for criminal investigation. Thereafter, the individual will be handed over to the B&H Prosecutor’s Office for further proceedings.
