As a follow up of today's activities in the field of war crimes, acting on the orders of the B&H Prosecutor's Office, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) apprehended, in the area of Bileća Municipality, individual identified by initials BB (1973) due to grounds for suspicion of having committed criminal offence under Article 172, paragraph (1) of the B&H CC „Crime Against Humanity”, in the area of Bileća Municipality, during 1992, in conjunction with Article 29 and Article 180 of the B&H CC.

A search of facilities, used by the suspect, is in progress, aimed at discovering and temporarily forfeiting items that may serve as evidence in further proceedings.

The apprehended individual will be brought to SIPA premises for criminal investigation. Thereafter, the person will be handed over to the B&H Prosecutor’s Office for further proceedings.
