SIPA Apprehended One Individual for War Crime in Prozor Municipality

Members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) acting by an international warrant and pursuant to the Decision issued by the B&H Court, apprehended the individual with initials NM (1958) in the area of Prozor Municipality.
NM was deprived of liberty due to grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offence set out in the Article 173 of the CC B&H 'War Crime against Civilians'. He is suspected that he personally participated in murders, persecutions, tortures, forced displacements, unlawful detention and maltreatment of dozens of Bosniak victims from this area.
After criminal processing in the premises of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), the apprehended person was handed over to the B&H Court for further action.
