SIPA Apprehended One Individual for Obstruction of Justice in a Follow up of “Lutka“ Operation

Last night 25/10/2013 – Acting by verbal orders of the Prosecutor’s Office of B&H, police officials of the State Investigation ad Protection Agency (SIPA) apprehended one individual within the “Lutka” case.

The individual HT was deprived of liberty due to grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under the Article 241 of the CC B&H “Obstruction of Justice” The apprehended person is a high ranking official of FB&H institutions.

HT was detained in the premises of the State Investigation and Protection Agency for criminal processing after which he, together with the report on the criminal offence, will be handed over, within the legal deadline, to the Prosecutor’s Office of B&H for further proceedings.

The SIPA members also interrogated several individuals as witnesses as part of yesterday’s activities. The actions within this case will be continued.
