Last night (17/6/2015), police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) apprehended individual identified by initials MK (1957), in the area of Sokolac municipality, due to the grounds for suspicion of having committed criminal offence under Article 241 of the B&H CC „Obstruction of Justice” and criminal offence under Article 148 of the RS CC “Murder”, in conjunction with Article 24 of the RS CC “Incitement”.

SIPA investigators searched last night premises used by the suspect in order to discover and temporary forfeit objects which can serve as evidence in further proceedings. During the search, certain objects related to the commission of the criminal offences were discovered and temporarily forfeited. The mentioned activities were conducted on the orders of the B&H Court and Prosecutor's Office.

The apprehended person was brought to the SIPA premises for criminal investigation. Thereafter, the person, along with the Report on the Grounds for Suspicion, will be handed over to the B&H Prosecutor’s Office for further proceedings.
