SIPA Apprehended Individual Identified by initials FR Due to Obstruction of Justice

Today (01/25/2016), police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), within the operation codenamed "Lutka 2", apprehended individual identified by initials FR in the area of Hadzici, due to the grounds for suspicion of having committed criminal offence under Article 241 of the B&H Criminal Code "Obstruction of justice".

Searches of facilities at three locations in the area of Sarajevo are underway with the aim of finding and temporary seizure of items that may serve as evidence in further proceedings. These activities are carried out on the orders of the B&H Court and Prosecutor's Office.

The apprehended individual was brought to SIPA premises for criminal investigation.
