SIPA Apprehended an Individual for War Crime in Prijedor

Today, 17/01/2014 – Acting by the orders of the Prosecutor's Office of Una-Sana Canton, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) apprehended an individual with initials SB due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 142 Paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code of SFRY „War Crime against Civilians“.

After criminal processing in SIPA premises, SB will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office of Una-Sana Canton for further proceedings.
