Today, 19.3.2013, by orders of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H, members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency apprehended NH (1969) in Sarajevo due to grounded suspicion of having committed criminal offence under the Article 173 of the CC BiH „War Crime Against Civilians“and criminal offence set out in the Article 175 of CC BiH „War Crime Against War Prisoners“and in conjunction with the Article 180, paragraph (1) of the same law.
After criminal processing, the apprehended persons will be handed over to the B&H Prosecutor's Office for further proceedings.
