SIPA

Today, October 20th 2009, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) pursuant to the order of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H, apprehended a person with initials D.D. for grounded suspicion of committing the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians under Article 173, paragraph 1, subparagraph c), e) and f) of the BiH Criminal Code .

After criminal processing at the SIPA's premises, the apprehended person will be handed over to the B&H Prosecutor's Office.

Pursuant to the order of the Court of B&H, the SIPA's police officials conducted a search of housing and ancillary facilities used by the apprehended person. All possible documentation found in relation to the war period will be, along with the report on conducted search, submitted to the Court of B&H.
