SIPA apprehended 13 individuals for crimes against humanity

4/12/2017 - Acting upon the order of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (hereinafter: SIPA) apprehended 13 individuals on the territories of Konjic and Sarajevo this morning, for crimes against humanity.

The above-mentioned individuals are apprehended on the grounds for suspicion of having committed a criminal offence „Crimes against Humanity“, set out in Article 175 of the Criminal Code of B&H, on the territory of Konjic municipality in 1992.

The apprehended individuals were takan to the official premises of SIPA for criminal processing, after which they will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office of B&H for further proceedings.
