SIPA and Central Bosnia Canton Ministry of Interior: Joint Participation in Complex Investigations

On 22 October 2012, the Director of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) Goran Zubac and Head of SIPA’s Criminal Investigation Department Anđelko Hrgić held a working meeting with the Minister and Commissioner from the Central Bosnia Canton Ministry of Interior Jozo Lučić and Sulejman Tukar discussing the security situation in the Central Bosnia Canton, whereby security focuses were detected.

During the meeting, intensification of cooperation between these police agencies was agreed, as well as joint participation in complex investigations and police operations for the improvement of security environment in BH. This particularly refers to the area of terrorism and organised crime and corruption.

At today’s meeting, the date of an operational level working meeting covering the mentioned areas was also determined.
