SIPA and B&H Brcko District Police Apprehended Four Individuals in „Jezero“ Operation

Today (10/6/2015) – Police officials of the Sate Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) in cooperation with the police officials of the B&H Brcko District Police apprehended four individuals in the Operation „Jezero“.

Based upon the Order of the B&H Brcko District Prosecutor's Office, individuals identified by initials NA (1974), SI (1974) and ST (1982), were apprehended due to grounds for suspicion of having committed criminal offence under Article 207a of the B&H Brcko District CC „Trafficking in Human Beings“ in conjunction with Article 31 of the mentioned Code „Complicity“. In addition, individual identified by initials ZB (1995), related to the commission of the criminal offence under Article 213 of the B&H Brcko District CC „Cohabiting Partnership with Junior Juvenile“, was also apprehended.

The apprehended persons were brought to SIPA premises in Tuzla and the B&H Brcko District Police premises in Brcko for criminal investigation. Thereafter, B&H Brcko District Prosecutor's Office will decide upon possible placing the mentioned individuals in custody.
