On 21 December 2012, a graduation ceremony for the second generation of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) cadets was held in Mostar, at the Agency for Education and Professional Training.

Mr Branko Vukoja, the Agency’s Director, awarded 43 trainees with the Certificates of Completed Education.

During the four-month training, the trainees attended basic police training and acquired the rank of a Junior Inspector. The training consisted of two stages. The first covered lectures with practical exercises, and the second covered situational and field training and passing the final examination.

Numerous officials, including Mr Goran Zubac, Director of SIPA, Mr Vjekoslav Bevanda, Chairman of the Council of Ministers BH, Mr Fahrudin Radončić, Minister of Security BH, Mr Dragan Čović, Vice President of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly BH and representatives of the Armed Forces of BH attended the graduation ceremony for the second generation of SIPA’s cadets.
