On 22 March 2013, acting upon orders from the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Prosecutor’s Office BH, members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), in coordination with members of the Intelligence Security Agency BH and Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Srpska, searched buildings at four locations in the area of Bratunac municipality.

The searches were carried out on grounds for suspicion that three individuals had committed the criminal offence set out in the Article 250 of the Criminal Code BH “Organised Crime”, in conjunction with the criminal offence set out in the Article 193 of the CC BH “Illicit Trafficking in Arms, Military Equipment and Dual Use Products”.
 

 A substantial quantity of ammunition, explosive devices and other military equipment was found and seized during the searches.

After criminal processing of the suspects, a report on grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offence and its perpetrators will be submitted to the Prosecutor’s Office BH.
