SIPA

On 29 November 2012, the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) police officials, acting upon the order from the Prosecutor’s Office BH, arrested B.K. (DOB 1989) due to grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offence of illicit trafficking in narcotics.

Upon criminal processing at the SIPA’s premises, the arrested individual will be handed over for further processing to the Prosecutor’s Office BH, along with a report on grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offence set out in the Article 195 of the Criminal Code BH.

These activities are the result of a continued investigation carried out by SIPA’s police officials working on the case code-named “Valerija” on 31 July 2012 and 7 August 2012, in the framework of which two kilos of a psychotropic substance pyrovalerone were seized and one individual was arrested.
