SIPA

On April 28th, 2011, the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) police officials apprehended R.K. (DOB 1964) in Laktasi due to suspicion of committing a criminal offence of war crime against civilians in Kamengrad, Sanski Most municipality, on November 8th, 1992.

Upon criminal processing at the SIPA premises, along wit a report on the committed criminal offence set out in the article 142, Paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code taken over from SFRY (War Crimes Against Civilians), R.K. will be handed over for further processing to the Una-Sana Canton Prosecutor’s Office upon whose order he was apprehended.
