“ProAccession” Project Finalised

  

Yesterday, 13/5/2014 – “ProAccession” Project ceremony, organised by the British Council in the Hall of the BH Armed Forces, was held to hand over the project to the Ministry of Defence of B&H, Ministry of Security of B&H and law enforcement agencies in B&H. 

During the past four years the project delivered trainings for 200 public sector employees of the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Security and law enforcement agencies in B&H in the skills essential for a more efficient participation in the EU and NATO accession processes of our country.

In addition to the Ministry of Defence B&H and Ministry of Security B&H, State Investigation and Protection Agency was one of the key partners in the implementation of the project activities.

The trainings included various topics mainly focusing on communication and diplomatic skills in English in the context of the Euro-Atlantic integration.

The outcome of the four-year dedicated work is an effective training system with competent institutional trainers willing to continue development of the skills in their institutions, which will contribute to a professional development of staff capacities.
