Pirated Goods Seized in Velika Kladusa and Cazin

Yesterday, June 2, 2011 – Police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) and Una-Sana Canton MoI searched 13 locations in Velika Kladuša and Cazin recovering and seizing about 15.000 illegal pirated sound and video media, nine computers including burners, printer and two memory sticks.

Due to suspicion of committing criminal offence set out in the Article 243 of the B&H Criminal Code (Impermissible Use of Copyrights), the reports against nine persons will be submitted to the B&H Prosecutor's Office.
The action was conducted upon the B&H Court orders and is a follow up of the activities aimed at protection of copyrights.
The SIPA's police officials will continue similar activities in the future.
