SIPA

On December 29th, 2010 the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) police officials apprehended P.G. (D.O.B. 1971) due to grounded suspicion that he committed the criminal offence set out in the Article 175 of the CC B&H (War Crimes against War Prisoners).

Upon criminal processing at the SIPA premises, P.G. will be handed over for further processing to the Prosecutor’s Office of B&H upon whose order he was apprehended.
