Police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency, supported by Sarajevo Canton MoI and other partner agencies, are searching several locations in the area of Sarajevo under the operation codenamed BUYER.

The operation is preceded by months-long complex investigation, in which the illicit activities of the company “Bosnalijek” are documented. The activities are carried out on the grounds for suspicion that the suspects committed the criminal offence under Article 342 of the CC FB&H „Organised Crime“, in conjunction with criminal offence under Article 383 of the CC FB&H „Abuse of Office or Official Authority“, Article 273 of the CC FB&H “Tax Evasion”, Article 389 of the CC FB&H “Forging of Official Document” and criminal offence under Article 252 of the CC FB&H “Concluding a Prejudicial Contract”.
