On 28 April 2013, in the continuation of the operation code-named “Patriot”, acting upon orders from the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Prosecutor’s Office BH, members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested four individuals in relation to the perpetration of criminal offences of corruption and organised crime.
In the framework of these activities, searches were carried out at four locations in Posušje and Mostar, whereby business documents related to the perpetration of these criminal offences, mobile telephones, SIM cards, computers and other items that might be used as evidence in the proceedings, were found and seized.
The arrested individuals will be detained at the official premises of the State Investigation and Protection Agency, where they will be criminally processed, whereupon they will be handed for further processing to the Prosecutor’s Office BH.
