Today, 8 November 2013, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), acting by the orders of the Prosecutor’s Office of B&H apprehended an individual with initials ŽA from Mostar as part of a continued work in the case codenamed “Patriot”.

ŽA was apprehended on the grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under the Article 217 of the CC B&H „Accepting Gifts and other Forms of Benefit” and criminal offence under the Article 219 of the CC B&H „Illicit Interceding”.

After criminal processing at the premises of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), the apprehended individual together with the report on the perpetration of criminal offence will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office of B&H for further proceedings.

Within the today’s activities in this case, carried out by the orders of the Prosecutor’s Office of B&H, the SIPA members seized certain documents from the premises of JP “Elektroprivreda” HZHB in Mostar which will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s office for further proceedings.

The activities will be continued and the public will be duly informed thereof.
