SIPA

On May 30th, 2011, the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) police officials arrested O.K. (DOB 1963) in Visegrad, due to suspicion of committing a criminal offence set out in the Article 142 of the CC B&H (War Crimes against Civilians) on October 22nd, 1992.

O.K was apprehended based on the Interpol's Red Notice and upon the request from the Republic of Serbia. After criminal processing at the SIPA premises, he will be handed over to a judge on duty of the Court of B&H for further processing.
