SIPA

On 10 May 2012, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) apprehended N.M. (DOB 1961) in the area of Bratunac municipality, on grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence of crime against humanity.

Upon criminal processing at the SIPA premises, along with a report on the committed criminal offence set out in the Article 172, Item h), in conjunction with the Article 172, Items a), d), i) and k) of the Criminal Code BH and in accordance with provisions set out in the Articles 29 and 180, Paragraph (1) of the Criminal Procedure Code, N.M. will be handed over for further processing to the Prosecutor’s Office BH upon whose order he was apprehended.
