Today, September 20, 2010, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) apprehended a person with initials N.H. (1960) due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence set out in the Article 142 of the CC B&H (War Crime against Civilians) and criminal offence set out in the Article 144 transferred by succession from the Criminal Law of SFRY (War Crime against War Prisoners).

After the criminal processing at SIPA premises, N.H. will be transferred for further procedure to the Prosecutor's Office of Brčko District B&H, upon whose orders he was apprehended.
