On November 4th, 2009 police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) apprehended a person with initials N.B. in Sarajevo based on grounded suspicion that he committed a criminal offence from Article 173, Paragraph (1), Item a) and b) („War Crimes Against Civilian Population“) and Article 175, Paragraph (1), Item a) (War Crimes Against War Prisoners“) of the Criminal Code of B&H, and with reference to Article 180, Paragraph (1) of the same Code („Individual Criminal Responsibility“) in Trusina, Konjic municipality, on April 16th, 1993.

Upon criminal processing at the SIPA's premises, the apprehended person will be handed over to the Prosecutor's Office, upon whose order the action was carried out.
