More Than 11 Kilos of „Skunk“ Found in Jahorina

On Friday May 28th, 2010 the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) police officials carried out a search of a weekend house in Jahorina, Pale municipality, where they recovered and seized 11.373 kilos of green plant material, which by colour and appearance seemed to be modified drug „skunk“.

The drug was packed into 22 packages wrapped by scotch tape. Apart from the drug, a modified 7.62 mm semi-automatic rifle was found, as well as seven 7.62 mm bullets.

This action was carried out after the SIPA police officials obtained operational intelligence that the mentioned facility was being used by an individual previously known to the police as a drug dealer.
SIPA's investigators continue activities in documenting this criminal offence and processing perpetrators suspected of committing it.
