M.M. Apprehended in Mostar

On May 18th, 2011, The State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) police officials apprehended M.M. (DOB 1969) in Mostar due to grounded suspicion of committing a criminal offence of war crimes against civilians in May 1992 while on duty as a reserve police official of the Republic of B&H Ministry of Interior's Public Security Station Konjic.

Upon criminal processing at the SIPA premises, along with a report on the committed criminal offence set out in the Article 173, Paragraph (1), Item c) of the CC B&H (War Crimes Against Civilians), M.M. will be handed over for further processing to the Prosecutor's Office of B&H, upon whose order he was apprehended.

Upon the order from the Court of B&H, a search of the apartment and other premises used by M.M. was also carried out. Objects possibly retrieved will be handed over to the Court of B&H.
