On 22 May 2013, acting upon orders from the Court and Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency searched apartments, other premises and movables in the area of Mostar.
These activities were carried out with the assistance from police officials from the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton Ministry of Interior.
On this occasion, substantial quantities of weapons (rifles, automatic rifles, hunting rifles, ammunition of various calibre and other military equipment) that might be used as evidence in further procedure were detected and seized.

A report on grounds for suspicion on the perpetration of the criminal offence against three individuals will be submitted to the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
